The 28 year old Josh Allen is a 93 overall with 88 speed which will outrun most defensive ends and linebackers chasing him on the blitz. Allen’s ability to extend plays makes the Bills among the toughest to generate consistent pressure on, and while the bills came into the season without great weapons for Allen after losing superstar receiver Stefon Diggs, the midseason acquisition of Amari Cooper gave them a huge boost, with Cooper being a 88 overall, and among the most reliable receivers in Madden 25. The Bills still have dynamic tight end Dalton Kincaid and explosive running back James Cook as well to complement the superstar Allen.. Defensively, the Bills have a strong defensive line led by Gregory Rousseau, Von Miller, and Ed Oliver. Buffalo gets this top 3 ranking due to not only their potent offense, but their strong defense as well, led by their pass rush.

2. Buccaneers

This year’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers are one of the best stories in the NFL this season, and are in the mix for the NFC South title led by former Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield. Mayfield. leading one of the best offensive in the NFL, and currently the 2nd best team in Madden largely due to Baker. Despite Baker only being an 80 overall in Madden 25, he is so good in Madden 25 due to his pass lead elite ability, which is a must have for any elite passing attack due to the increased velocity on your passes. Receivers Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, who you can still use in Madden despite his season ending injury, lead one of the best receiving cores in all of Madden 25 and combined with Bakers pass lead elite ability, make them the second best team in Madden 25.

The back to back Super Bowl champs rank as the best team on Madden 25. While everyone knows about NFL superstars Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, perhaps the skill player on the Chiefs that made them the best team in Madden, is speedster Xavier Worthy. Worthy gives the Chiefs a speed threat that they didn’t previously have. Despite Worthy only being a 76 overall, he has a 98 speed rating which makes Worthy among the fastest players in all of Madden 25! Getting a stop on the Chiefs with Worthy, Kelce and Mahomes, and now throwing new Chiefs receiver Deandre Hopkins into the fold, is near impossible for any opponent, and the Super Bowl champs are undeniably the best team on Madden 25.
